I love Alan Rickman. J.K. Rowling told him Snape’s entire background story before they filmed the first movie so that he would understand Snape’s character, now watching these movies a second or third+ time is so great, because then you see strange or subtle little things Snape does, facial expressions, odd glances, ect, and you can be like “Thats why he did that!”
Like here, he sees Harry, and you can tell he is noticing how much he resembles his father, but there is no doubt that he also saw Lily’s eyes there too, then he notices that Harry’s scar is bothering him, and looks suspiciously at Quirrel because he knows he could be up to something. He already hates Harry so much because he’s a constant reminder of the love he lost and who he lost her to, and yet he tries to keep him safe from the first second he sees him. He doesn’t even have to think about it, he sees that something could put Lily’s son in danger and he instantly starts to put the pieces together to keep him safe.

When normal people look/read these books, they’re probably thinking something like: “Oh hey…these are pretty decent fantasy/adventure books.”
When I look at them, I automatically think: “I CAN’T BELIEVE CASSANDRA CLA(I)RE ACTUALLY GOT FUCKING PUBLISHED. THIS STUPID BITCH. UGH I CAN’T BELIEVE PEOPLE DON’T KNOW WHO SHE IS. YOU GUYS ARE SO FUCKING DUMB FOR READING THESE FUCKING BOOKS.”

She used to be this really big Harry Potter fan fiction writer. Back in the day she went by Cassandra Claire.
Her big fic was called The Draco Trilogy and it was a Draco/Hermione/Harry fic. Basically she was accused of lifting direct quotes from other source materials incorporated into her fic. This ignited HUGE plagiarism wank. Eventually it got so bad her fics had to be taken down.
Eventually she got her original novels published - as pictured above. The Mortal Instruments is basically The Draco Trilogy with a few minor changes. There are entire passages of her fan fic copy+pasted into her published work, with only character names changed.

Wow. This is truly a very inspiring picture, in my opinion. It encompasses everything that we are trying to say about beauty.
No matter what you look like on the outside (above ground), it’s about what’s inside that counts (under the soil). Those people in magazines and on television flaunt their bodies and so we feel as though, compared to them, we aren’t great at all. But that’s the thing, we don’t even know them! We have no idea who they are as a person. We know ourselves though, and we know that we try to be good people, and that’s all that counts!
